I know school just got out, but the season starts early – mid August. So the sooner you get training, the better the season you’ll have.
On Monday, July 8th, we’ll start our Breakfast Runs. We’ll be meeting every week on Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 9am at the large shelter at North Clackamas Park. We’ll do some laps around the park and then have a small nutritious breakfast. Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather – a change of clothes might also be a good idea. Bring a water bottle.

July 8th – Breakfast runs begin – M & W
July 28th – Aug 3rd – Moratorium Week – No Breakfast Runs
Aug 19th – First Official Practice – We begin practices at the school
Aug 30th – Wilsonville Night Meet – A 3K pre-season meet
Sep 3rd – First Day of School
Sep 11th – First Regular Season Meet – NWOC Preview Meet
