The Cross Country Team is looking both for students interested in competitive running, and anyone that wants to improve their fitness; whether for general fitness or for an upcoming winter sport. All levels and abilities are welcome. We will start your training from where you are and progress at your pace. Boys and girls are encouraged to join us.
We will be meeting after school @3:30pm in the grandstands starting Tuesday, 9/3. Wear clothing appropriate to the weather – shorts, t-shirt, running shoes – are all that are required now. Also bring a water bottle and a snack for after practice.
